S9 has a pinpoint of light(?) On my photos - why and how do I fix?

There is a perfect orange/yellow pinpoint on mg photos...what is causing this?

Always in the same position?

If it's always in the same position, it's probably a defect in the CCD sensor (which is in the camera module and which is covered under the warranty) or a tiny chip in the lens (which should be, unless the glass covering it has the same chip) or the glass covering it (which isn't).
