S9 middle east or international version?

Iam planning to purchase Samsung S9..but iam confused about version...I am residing in Dubai.. Normally...all retailers over here sell middle East version.. but international version is also available.. so I am concerned about quality..is there any difference in making or anything? Or middle East version is specifically made for hot conditions? If I use.. international version here..will it substand the condition here..as it is damn hot here.. Plz help me out

Check the model number - the "international" (actually European) version is the SM-G960F - it looks as if the "Middle Eastern" version is the SM-G960FD - dual SIMs (otherwise, the same phone). The dual SIM is dual standby - that means that while you're using one, the other one is in standby - you can't get a call on that line.
