S9 no missed call notifications..?

[Android Central Question]

I too am having this issue on s9. I have read some of the remedies some of you have posted.. praying they work. Samsung customer service is clueless and my mobile provider says Samsung is aware of the issue (Samsung said the opposite) . Wish me luck.
