S9 Plus HD call sound

When I first got my phone every time I had a call an HD logo was on the call screen and sound was superb.
I must have changed sth by mistake and the HD logo is no longer there and sound is just ok. I tried the Dolby Atmos setting but still nothing
Any ideas please....

Both devices have to support HD calling for it to work. It won't work with every call to every number.
