Hey folks. Since recently, I have been having an issue with my screen whereby the lower left side becomes unresponsive. Most of the times, I have to press whatever icon or app button located in that area multiple times for the tap to register. I don't know what could have happened as my phone have not fallen or anything like that. I have done multiple factory resets and the problem persists. Have anyone ever had this issue?

Do you have a glass style screen protector, and, if so, is it lifting in that area? My Note 9 wore one for a while, then a very slight lift on the upper left lost sensitivity to touch, and Id have to tap, sometimes repeatedly, to get it to register. I ditched the protector shortly afterward.

Thanks for the replies. I have a screen protector that I use but even without the screen protector, I have to turn on the increase touch sensitivity option to counter the issue.

I use increased touch sensitivity on my S10+ with a screen protector. Are you saying that it doesn't improve things for you at all when you use the screen protector?

If the problem persists even in Safe Mode, then it's probably a hardware issue. You've made sure the glass is very clean, right?
