Call it something like "Steps to try when 4G goes down."
Step 1: Try toggling into and out of Airplane Mode. If that doesn't work:

Step 2:Try switching to CDMA only. If that doesn't work:

Step 3: Battery/SIM pull, wait two minutes, reboot. If that doesn't work:

Step 4: The ##778# dialer trick to swap the modem over to Rev. A. (Or is that a Thunderbolt only thing?)

Link the sticky from other stickies for the VZW 4G phones.

Unfortunately, my impression is we will see more of this until a full roll-out of 4G. After that, Verizon is facing real problems if they have an outage again.
