Safe Charging?

A few months ago RIM confirmed that that Playbook charger is safe to use with Blackberry smartphones (and will charge them twice as fast)

Is it safe to charge my Galaxy S II with my Playbook charger?

RIM never confirmed that, Kevin over at Crackberry.com suggested doing this... Personally I would not be using my Playbooks' charger with any other device. That is unless a rapid charger for the Galaxy S II has the same specs.
