Safe to delete ?

I've recently finished installing the 4.4.3 update, & was wondering if it'll be safe to delete any of these ? Besides the first one.

Those all appear to be things you downloaded from the web. Are you able to open them to see what they are?

All of those are from your download folder, and are safe to delete. Once you've installed something from zip or apk files you don't need to keep them around (they will not effect the already installed apps).
