I can't get the root method at pinned thread worked on my Razr M JB 4.1.2 (98.21.7.XT905.Telstra.en.AU)

the following root method works for my Razr M

Razr M 98.18.94,98.30.1, 98.21.7

p/s: appreciated if anyone can update that thread that Razr M with 98.21.7 also works
