I'm on Verizon with the S4 ME7 rooted and have safestrap. I installed the Optical Reader a few weeks ago thru it but it's buggy. The new update is here and with root method. I'd like to do the ota. I'm guessing that due to safestrap the update fails but I go to unistall in the safestrap menu but it still shows installed and will go to safestrap recovery.
1. Can I Odin back to stock (I have the file where everything will be restored but you'll keep data and apps) even with safestrap and will this eliminate The optical Reader so I can do the update?
2. If above doesn't work what do I have to do update or go to stock If I can't get rid of safestrap?
