Saki: S and Note 22 being combined? Early release??

Sounds like the S22 Ultra will be the Note phone and I assume will have the silo for the Spen according to Saki! So if this is true the Note phone will be release in Feb or March. Thank god so I don't have to buy the S22 Ultra and then the Note in August. I can hold off a few more months but I'm getting an itch for the Fold as well.
