same for me....brightness level outdoors?

Im coming from a htc m8 (lcd) (460 nits i believe) useable in sunlight...not great but can def use in the sun

Basically is this an improvement over it?
Some say LCD is better than AMOLED outdoors.....is that true for the nexus 5x vs 6p in outdoor use?
