Same problem

[Android Central Question]

Since the last android update to my S8+, I've been receiving crazy amounts of pop up ads and FB and Messenger notification problems. I've always had lookout running on my phone, recently downloaded and ran malwarebytes app (nothing found), and have now installed Adblocker. Anyone have any additional suggestions, because I'm losing my mind.

Welcome to Android Central! Are the popups only occurring when you're using a browser, or do they also appear on the homescreen or in other apps?
