Sammy GS8 ..Bluetooth problem

Hi
I Have a Samsung GS8...
I've been getting TINNY/ECHOING sound out of my bluetooth devices

I have a Plantronics HF earpiece,
a samsung gear 3 watch
And a Bluetooth spkr

When, I play music or use the HF earpiece for GPS directions
I get tinny or echoing output
I usually have the HF and watch connected @ the same time
I've removed all the BT devices and tried again, same thing

I've tried just a wired earphones and they are ok..no echo

I thought to throw my problem by here,
before i blow out my phone & reload

Also the internal speaker is sounds fine
