Sam's Club Note 8 Stuff

Sam's club has some decent prices of Note 8 cases and the Zagg Curved glass protector.

Mmmm... have you compared with Amazon? Or maybe not the lowest prices I've seen. I got a Speck case (pretty sure it was the same one in the picture) for like 4 bucks before the phone came out. And I think I saw the tempered glass protector for around 23 before (that I'm not sure, I don't do tempered glass for curved displays). 45 bucks for a case sounds expensive to me, but then again, it is Otterbox...

Expensive! The most I've spent on a case is 10. I've never had one fail to keep my phones scratch and scuff free. The one screen I cracked was my bad. As my phone was falling, I was walking and I stepped on it face down on concrete. I doubt a more expensive case would've saved it.

But yeah. Shop around. I think you'll find better prices.

$29.88 for the Zagg Curved Glass is better than $49.99 across the street at Best Buy.

Amazon doesn't have Otterbox yet and the first month or so AMazon charges MSRP then it drops like a rock usually. Verizon is the only place in town at the time that had the Defender the week of 9/7 when they started shipping. I bit the bullet because I figured the phone would arrive on the 8th for me which it would have if it wasn't for UPS not loading it onto the right plane on time and then Irma came.

Sams had the S8 cases almost two weeks before launch back in April. However they had all the cases except the s8 plus defender so again I bit the bullet and paid full MSRP at Best Buy.

I wish they would have had the Defender for the Note before release it hurt paying 65 bucks with tax!

$65..ouch my dad got his from tmobile for I think it was $49.00

MSRP on the Note 8 Defender is $60. If he paid 50 for it, it must have been the commuter he bought at Tmobile because tmobile always charges full MSRP. Except one I got the case for cheaper for my S5 because I told the person when I was buying my phone Sams just down the road had the Defender 15 bucks cheaper and the sales lady matched the price.

Amazon, but it was before the phone was released. There was a promo code or something. It was for a bunch of cases, I snagged one of the clear ones. Got rid of it now because it's too bulky compared to Samsung's clear case, but still...

The Grip case was only available in the Charcoal color. They also had the clear.
I ended up paying $44.99 at Verizon because I wanted the black grip.

The Zagg curved glass is trash just like the rest of the protectors for these curved edges phones. I wouldn't pay $5 for it.

So the Symmetry is $44 too? That seems awfully high for Sams, same price as Defender. Did they have the wrong tag up?

You are completely wrong about the Zagg Glass for the Note 8. Mine has been just fine for going on 2 weeks now. The only problem is once in a while there is an oil slick/rainbow in the middle of the screen that is almost impossible to see (can only be seen under fluorescent lighting). This only shows up once in a while and then disappears quite quickly.

Is the Zagg Glass perfect, No but better them gluing a Whitestone dome to the face of your phone.
