Samsung 7 egde did a pocket erase. Restarted in an asian language I don't recognize.

My Samsung 7 egde was in my pocket and I knelt down. I felt a vibration and stood up. A bit later, I took it out of my pocket and woke it up ( I did have it locked). The Android symbol appeared along with the word 'ERASING'. I didn't panic, it's backed up.

When I restarted my phone, the first screen is in an asian language I don't recognize. The initial screen I am stuck on appears to have three choices and a green or red confirm text area. The red confirmation text area has the image of a telephone receiver on it. I have not selected any of the three options.

This initial screen does not let me swipe down into the notifications area to change the language.

The telephone is a verizon phone purchased in the USA and used in the USA.

Bring it into Verizon and ask them to reflash the ROM. Then restore from the backup.
