Nearby services keeps turning on by itself in the background. I am not using any Bluetooth or wifi. I am on cellular data and not trying to link devices or share any data. What is triggering this to turn on? Direct share is off and location services are off.
You can look at Bluetooth history, also can go settings>general management>reset>reset network which will reset Bluetooth also.
