Question Samsung a15

Hello , I have a samsung a15 and i had this issue for the past several days. there's an app called 'media picker' and it always pop-up notification said that it keep stopping.
when the notification pop-up, all apps was crashed & couldn't be used.
found out that 'media picker' was system file.
i try to force stop but there isn't any button to do that and i cant cleared the cache either . i've checked for update but it was the latest already.
I don't know what to do and you give some solutions.

No you cannot clear Data, cache or force stop that system app, only thing I can suggest is to toggle off change system settings

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have an SD card inserted? If so, try unmounting it and removing it. A corrupt media file can sometimes cause this kind of error.
