Samsung A3 2015 Contacts bug

Hi,

When I go to favorites in Phone -> Favorites and try to select all application crashes. And when I select one or two contacts and want to clear from Favorites by tapping delete button nothing happens. I am using A3 A300FU model.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure these are Favorites you set, or are they frequently contacted people that the Phone app lists there? The Favorites section in the Phone app usually displays the favorites that you set first, then the frequently contacted people (from your call history) afterwards.
