Samsung A3 continuous looping!

My Samsung A3 is stuck in a continuous loop on the startup/booting screen. I have tried to reboot it, clear the cache and factory reset it to no avail. I have totally run out of options on what to do next (I would just remove the battery like everyone is saying to do on a normal Samsung phone, but this is not a normal Samsung phone and you cannot remove the battery)!
I would really appreciate some advice on this matter, I have no idea what to do next and am starting to think my phone will never be fixed!
