Samsung a3 only charges when turned off

[AC Question]

Everything was fine all the time but when i tried charging my phone today it didnt recognize that its charging and now only charges when its completely turned off wtf help

Sounds like a lack of sufficient power delivery.
Try a different charger if you can.
At the very least it will determine if your current charger is a problem or not.

Even a usb data cable should sufficient, plugged into a PC or into one of the generic usb charger blocks.
