Samsung A30 touchscreen not working after update, Graphics Test failure

Hi, can anyone help!

- I think(!) I consented to a phone update and suddenly a few days later, my touchscreen has stopped working!
- I took out the sim card and wiped the phone, this eventually worked
- While running a Graphics Test from the boot menu, there are errors and it tries to reverse
- After wiping a few times, I find that the touchscreen works again but now it has failed once more.

Please help! Thanks!

The update may be unrelated. It could be failing hardware.

Welcome to Android Central! I assume this was an official system update pushed over the air? What's the date of the firmware build number, and also what security update is it up to? You can find that information in the Settings>About Phone menu.

You use a glass screen protector? Maybe try taking it off.
