samsung and microphone issues

Hi all,
I've raised a complaint against samsung and the design issue with the microphone on the S6

Having to go to a repair center 4 times within less than a year to have it cleaned out is an issue.

After speaking to one of the tec guys there they confirmed it is an issue with the s6 which has been sorted on the s7 as they see less of them with this issue.

I would like to know who else had this issue so that I can take this forward with Samsung.

Having this issue right now. I have to shout to be heard and I'd say 50% of the time even that doesn't work. I'm definitely going to have to get it cleaned out soon.
