Samsung apps and updates

I have most of the Samsung stuff disabled on my Note 4, but if I had it enabled do the apps from it update automatically? I tried going into the Samsung app store once to manually update the Samsung apps but found it impossible to find a screen that showed what I had installed or what needed updating.

Reason I wonder about this is because I found there was an update for S Note which I use because of the s pen. It was way more difficult than it should of been to update it.

Open the Galaxy Apps app and then at the top, it says "Galaxy Apps" there is a down arrow by that. Click on that arrow and choose "Purchased". Any apps needing an update will be in the "Updates" tab, all the Galaxy apps you have ever had are on the "All" tab.

The Samsung app should have been on your phone, unless you rooted and deleted it.

I'm on Verizon and it did not come with the app for some reason. All they gave us was the Galaxy Essential Widget which took you to the app store but did not include any options to view installed or purchased apps.

The app store has the menu to view your apps..

I can't imagine that Samsung loaded software on a phone that didn't have the Samsung Apps now called, Galaxy Apps

My Verizon phone didn't have it either. The Samsung rep at best buy loaded it when he set up my gear s.

Off topic but Best Buy is the best place to buy mobile devices. Their employees are knowledgeable about all the devices and offer great customer service. The in store Samsung rep gave me a great deal on my Note 4 accessories. I will continue to buy my devices from Best Buy.
