'Samsung Apps' on S4 not functioning :(

S4 users know there is Samsung Apps like Google Play. I doubt this is malfunctioning. When I open the app, it says 'a new version is available'. Fine, I updated it. After some time, if l open Samsung*Apps, again it says it has update. Each time, the update size is 15.20MB. I have done the update thrice yesterday with the same MB size. It happens repeatedly. If I click 'update later', it warns 'if you don't update, the app will close'. What's happening with Samsung*apps..??

I think it is some kind of error. I just read about a Note 3 user who (I think) was trying to update the same app.
