Samsung Avant when making phone call screen shows phone dialing but says call ended.
When dialing a number, screen shows phone is dialing but immediately says call ended when really it did not connect. Did factory reset 2 times to older backup. Removed Sim card, still has same problem. Checked settings, seem to be okay. This problem happens on 2 phones, 1 is brand new today. Other numbers work okay. This problem started about 1 month ago. Can anybody help?
