I can see the free buds when you pre order, but there seems to be no mention when using the upgrade programme.

Anyone know if you still get them?

I upgraded yesterday and the order does not show them. However I have a chat with customer services and they told me I would get them. Eventually they will have to honour what they told me.

I also received today a 50£ discont code; I will try to see how I can use it as the order was placed yesterday...
