Samsung calendar app icon not live?

It's supposed to be live and show the days date, but it's no longer doing that.

Google calendar still works. I'm using nova and if I long press and go to edit the icon, then it shows up live, I can select it and it'll show today's date, but then tomorrow it'll still show today's date.

Any help?

Nova doesn't do the live icon. You need to be using the TouchWiz launcher for it to work.

Nope. Nova does not support live. It does however support icon packs that do live calendar icons. Moonshine is an example of an icon pack that supports this. Nova will only do live icons if the active icon pack and the calendar app supports live icons.
