Samsung Calendar Widget & Google Cal. Sync

I actually like the calendar widget that Samsung provides with the SGS3. One thing I can't get to sync though is my "Sports Teams" calendars. I get all my personal calendars and even googles "US Holiday", "Weather Forecast" etc to sync, but when i search google cal. and pick a sports team (ex. NY Jets), I have it synced on PC, but when i go to my phone, i won't see it in the calendar select list and the cal. itself. This goes for both the Jets and Yankees. I even created a new "work" calendar and synced that to the phone. Sports bias or user neglect?

Mine has never synced with my Yankees schedule either.

How do you even get the holidays to show up??? I can't even seem to find that option??? weather forecast is also not there!!!
