Samsung Care+ Enrollment

Hey All!!

I am having a heck of a time. My preorder arrived today or the Note 20 Ultra and samsung says to enroll in SamsungCare+ i need to do it from the members app. However the option isn't in there. Anyone know of another way to get enrolled?

You don't need the samsung members app for that. They probably meant the shop samsung app. It takes a couple days to go active in my experience. My subscription was pending until today and I received my phone the 19th. I should have specified. I preordered mine from my carrier so the my orders page is blank

Oh, unless they changed something from last year when I ordered the Note 10+, you can't get Samsung Premium Care unless you order directly through Samsung and it must be added when you order the phone.

Yep! Just found that out. Bummer
 
Better off going with your carrier anyway. Samsung insurance is a joke. I signed up for it with my note 7 when they first came out with it and they canceled it on me for no reason. I couldn't get it reinstated to save my life. Spent hours on the phone with no luck. Tried getting it on my s8 and still no luck. Then they changed to to Samsung orders only. Samsung makes a great phone, but their customer service is the worst.
