So I got the 30% care plan for my fold during purchase. Anyone know how to activate this?

Site is saying invalid IMEI. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

I remember with the fold2 trying to activate through the members app and the first day or two it did not work then all of a sudden I was able to add it to the account..
