Samsung Charge voicemail notifiaction error

so for the past week or so there has been a "new voicemail" notification in the top left corner of my phone. If I restart the phone, the voicemail notification time changes to when the phone was finished booting back up....nothing I do makes the notification go away.....Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
