so samsung cloud claims it supposed to backup every 24 hours it only got back up once since 1 did smart switch back on 5th and it hasn't done anything since have to manually backup if wanted to<-ever youtube video i seen folks manually do it there's no way if wanted to have it automatically do it on its own?

is samsung cloud useless i assumed if down the road i need to get a new phone i have to backup new phone when that happens<-samsung cloud is basically what smart switch is a little bit eh i don't know

i saw something about auto backup and roaming<- assumed that will prob what i need to do

also past week i got notify appcloud i believe it wants to download and install apps/games<- i did disable it i don't know that will hinder software update and stuff like that

i do have that google drive backup and it backup every day<-last time it was yesterday

I would periodically back up to smart switch PC you can restore it anytime, using Samsung cloud is good also on the device never can be too careful and back up in multiple places like mentioned including Google's.

yeah i think your talking about restore data i'm talking about back up data

tell me something if you actually want it to automatically update 24 hours you have to turn on auto back up while roaming? the only thing i got after smart switch it saying under backup data call logs mesages contacts saved on phone calendar no backup clock settings home screen apps that's all from old phone s20 plus verizon back on the 5th new phone s25 plus at and t btw

every video i seen like this s25 manual update but they have that untick

as far as appcloud goes<-that basically wants to install unwanted apps and games without my permission since i got it disable i'm good eh

Samsung cloud backup is supposed to occur every 24hs while charging, on wifi, but it doesn't. If I remember I do a manual once in a while. Overkill though because Google backs up automatically whenever it has been charging for 2 hours and on wifi and unlike Samsung it actually does a backup.. Latest was yesterday at 10.45 pm
