Samsung cloud on non-verizon phones

Can someone with t Mobile, sprint or AT&T please tell me if Samsung cloud is enabled on your note 9? Is there a "cloud" option under settings, and can you backup your photos to Samsung cloud.

I have Verizon, and I'm super irritated with their meddling.

Per a phone call with Samsung, Verizon users are only given 15GB of cloud storage with no ability to add more. The reason is we have Verizon's cloud and AT&T and T-Mobile do not have a cloud service. Verizon and Samsung are discussing the option to expanding Samsung's cloud storage for us.

I got it without all of those steps. I enabled cloud on my tablet. Then I downloaded S note to both. And it popped up on my phone and made an icon on the desktop.
