Don't quite follow you - there's no S-Cloud site where you can browse your files and upload files and delete file and share files like a real cloud storage. They say it's coming soon.

Not Gallery, Not on Verizon. The S-Backup via the Quick Shortcuts App from Play Store gives you full S-Backup and Restore EXCEPT for Gallery.

I apologize dpham00. G6400 explained how a Verizon Note 7 can sync to the Samsung Cloud from Gallery and YOU are right. I was expecting/seeking access to a cloud like MS OneDrive. But I get how the S-Cloud works now. It's still funny how their website says "Coming Soon" when we've got it.

It is not "fully" out yet. It does talk about saving notes, music, pictures and documents. I think once it has an actual app, you will be able to do the Google Drive, OneDrive & Dropbox style of clouding.
