Samsung Cloud

Does anyone know how I can get into the Samsung cloud storage? Is there another way to access it that's not on the phone itself? It keeps trying to back up everything, but I keep getting a message that my cloud is full and I need to delete stuff, but when I go look at how much space I have it shows I'm not full. I'm attaching a picture of what I see.

I looked and it says I'm only using 17% of my cloud. I deleted the back ups for my tablet. Hopefully that will help.

You could go to settings, apps, Samsung cloud, storage and clear the app cache. It may help clear the error

Should be in settings under cloud and accounts. Who’s your carrier?

I am on Verizon. I see it if I go into Settings-Accounts-Accounts-Samsung Account-Services-Samsung Cloud
