Samsung community

People with device problems should head over to the Samsung community and try to get their issues answered. I learned a few thing about my note over there.

They seem very helpful over there just like here also a samsung expert will chime in if needed.

My experience with the Samsung community was nothing like that. Daren't mention using Odin or some spotty kid will have a heart attack and tell you off. It's full of people moaning about the camera ie camera is fine it's just that people think a camera can defy the laws of nature. THe so called "experts" are not especially knowledgeable. I stopped going there. I though it was way off from offering the standard of advice offered here. Glad you found useful info, though.

If it's about the camera mostly I would just get annoyed. Drives me crazy people whining about the camera all the time.. It's a phone with a camera, if you want professional pictures they still make and sell high quality cameras. Then again I don't use the camera that much, I've had this phone over a week and still haven't taken a picture.

So, I guess I'll stay away from there if it's mostly camera talk and people surprised they can't take clear pictures of Mars.

Use the Samsung members app you can downloaded from the Samsung Galaxy store. Once you log into your samsung account you are automatically logged into all of their apps.
