Samsung Core Prime is not recognized by Odin or Kies

I have factory reset my mobile and from then I have a number of problems to my mobile, I think the reset process was not finished correctly. now I have these problems.

1) Phone software is corrupted
2) Over the air software upgrade is not responding as its showing error that connection was not established (I have checked with wifi and Mobile Data)
3) Hard resetting phone makes no visible changes but it does shows being rested.
4) Android is starting Apps starting caution appears on bootup
5) Gapps and keyboard stopped working error constantly appears
6) When I try to connect my phone to Pc it gets connected , charging also gets started , Memory also shows in My Comp but Odin or Kies doesnot recognize it, thats why I am unable to flash my phone.

All I need is to connect my phone to kies or Odin so that I can flash my phone.

Another Core Prime is successfully working and connecting to kies and Odin fine, so Data cable , port drivers are all ok

plz help me in connecting my phone to kies or odin so that I can flash it and make it work again.

To flash the phone (to have Odin recognize it), you have to boot into the download mode. Since it's a Samsung, that's probably volume down/home/power. Once you get to the first screen, I believe it's volume up that goes to download, volume down to normal boot (but read the screen).

If everything in the phone is blown, you'll have to find a JTAG service that handles that phone (look on eBay).
