Samsung device does not reconnect after captive portal authentication with open security.

There is a open security ssid. client connects and gets the captive portal. once the web authentication done AP send DHCP NAK and client send the deauth to change the ip. after send the deauth i dont see any packet from samsung clients whereas other clients like apple, onePlus works fine with same setup.
