Samsung is discriminating with a lot of users with the good lock app cause they don't make it available to some regions including latin america and Puerto Rico. Its ridiculous not having available the good lock app for everyone.

I wouldn't call it discrimination, unless you have some information showing that Samsung is doing this due to bias regarding race, creed, sexual orientation, etc. There are probably many factors involved, most of them likely being regional regulatory or legal restrictions.

But do you have more information in those restrictions cause apple doesn't have any restrictions and they make all their features and apps available for all their devices.

Apple doesn't have anything that's the equivalent of good lock.

It sucks, but there's not much we can do... You're more likely to know why these restrictions are in place, if that is the reason, than most of us here because you're from the region in question.

er...its not available in Indonesia too...for example Perfect World Mobile isnt available for my region but there are workarounds...
