I just bought an "expansion" style band (slips over the wrist) good fit and looks nice. Not really that impressed by those samsung offerings :/

Most of us are, since the classic can take any band with the correct width so it's not really a challenge to find bands for that model. I wish someone would create some sort of adapter that would allow the regular and 3g versions to use standard bands. If it were metal and the same color as the watch (silver or black) it could work.
I agree, a matching adapter would be great. I am hoping that when the 3G model starts shipping we will see new bands and apps.

According to the specs listed, it is wider than the one you posted. Also it gets wider at the ends near the lugs, so the last few links are pretty good fit. This one also works with interchangeable pins so the band can be changed without tools.
