Samsung Email App glitch

I have my work email using the Samsung email app. I have noticed that any emails I get if I want to look at the other contacts it was sent to, it shows up blank. It will say for instance 10 contacts, but then show nothing. I had no issues with my S8+, so I am not sure what is going on. Anybody else having this issue?

Not sure if it's a bug or not, and I know it's totally unrelated and might not help with your issue, but I've been using Nine for my work e-mail and have never looked back. I truly recommend it if you have an Exchange account.

That being said, do you have any themes installed that might be making that text either the same color as the background or almost the same color? I know some people had an issue like this when Samsung changed their color scheme to more whites, and some themes hid some elements because they matched the background.

I didn't change anything on the colors, but I will check into that. I actually have used Nine before, so maybe I will look into that. The Samsung app always worked, so I never looked into anything else. Thanks
