I'm constantly getting certificate errors from my hotmail accounts in Samsung email. I heard this was a problem with the latest Samsung email update so I did not update but having problem anyway.

Is there any solution? I prefer Samsung email to others for many reasons but one is it works best with my Samsung watch... or at least it did before this.

Yes, the last update threw a wrench into the Samsung email which I've liked for quite a while. The ability to delete singular or chosen items from the trash rather than emptying the entire trash is now gone.

I haven't updated samsung email but have a much worse problem - first I started getting unsafe certificate warnings, then a Knox update, then the clock went bad and I had to change it to manual. I changed it from time & date from provider to manual settings gmt.

Any idea why all that would happen just after midnight last night?

It may be back to normal now but it qas whacky for no apparent reason. I also briefly lost data connection and even wifi connection although my wifi was fine.

Try resetting network in settings>general management >reset>reset network

How old your sim card ?

It's the original sim. I also had to change network from global to LTE CDMA

I'm thinking you might have a issue with sim or a network reset might fix your issue especially having to manually update time and date.

what settings change on a network reset? like do I lose wifi passwords?

OK I'll have to verify I have them all first. Lots of places. Lots of passwords I haven't had to enter in many moons.

As always - THANKS
