I have a Samsung Exhibit II 4g phone. Yesterday I powered up the phone and it went to the start-up screen that displays the phone's logo: "Exhibit II 4g," and it froze on that screen. I tried to remove the battery to reset it. I looked at some online forums about "brick walls" and tried to remedy the problem with those. I think I tried to reset to the factory configuration. I tried using the Heimdall One Click, Odin, Z image, Winrar, etc, etc. Honestly, I have no idea what I did with these, I just followed the steps because I thought that reseting the phone to its factory default setting would correct whatever was causing the phone to freeze. I am a total novice with this stuff, I have no idea what "flashing" or "rooting" mean. With all this infor, does any one have any tips how to fix this issue, in layman's terms?

I'm not a Samsung expert by any means, but it sounds like a hardware issue and it should be covered under warranty. I'd stop by AT&T and get a new phone.
