Samsung Experience Home

We have been trying to understand why, on my activity, on google, shows each site/activity shows by site name, and on my husbands google activity, samsung experience home shows up where the sites/activity should be. Is a setting different in my activity, or does anyone know? Thank you.

Samsung Experience Home is just the homescreen interface. Are you both using the same browser to surf the web, or is he using Samsung Internet, while you're using Chrome?

He uses both. Chrome, and Samsung. So do i, but they atill show different in activity. His always shows SEH, and nothing else. Mine shows all the sites visited. Just odd. We cant figure it out. Could it be a setting somewhere? Thank you.
