Samsung Fascinate has no TV-Out option??

I have the Verizon Fascinate and it does not have the option under Sound and Display to choose any tv out options?? Does anyone know how to add this feature>? Or is it possible?

Use Allshare or use a headphone to tv jack, no idea what those are called, but I know it supports that. I heard someone say you might be able to do a micro usb-hdmi.

I have the cables. But the options menu has it removed. I was thinking because it couldn't compete with the droid x. My roommate works at verizon and has it to learn about it.

So, can you look and see how much memory the Fascinate really has? I am hoping for 512 like the other Galaxy phones, but the rumors are saying less.

man vzw is just really measing with this phone that sucks it should have the option but root and their should be a way to enable it

So TV out on your phone is an issue? I don't understand the desire to watch something on your TV delivered from your phone. If you have a TV you probably have one or more of the following: cable / DVD / Blu Ray / DVR / gaming console. Why would you want to add your Phone as a possible device to play on your TV?

who said i would be at home when i wanted to load something up i could be in the car with my phone charged and pushing something out for my kids to watch in the back seat. a freinds house you never know. but it would be nice to have the option rather than have it stripped

You could use Orb to make all your vids available on a big screen to share with others. I would prefer TVout over HDMI for the time being.

From what I've read here the Fascinate has 512MB RAM but 128MB is allocated to the GPU leaving 384MB.

Also...the Samsung Desktop dock has a 3.5mm port on the back that had a sticker over it saying that outputting from that port would be available with Android 2.2. So it's coming...eventually.
