Samsung Fascinate lost phone unlock???

Bought a Samsung Fascinate on ebay. When I tried to activate it Verizon said the phone was disabled by the insurance company and could not be activated. When I called the insurance company I was informed that the phone had been reported lost so they were not going to allow me to turn it on. Haven't been able to get a response from the seller to return (surprise). Is there a was to unlock this phone so Im not out the cash???

Not to my knowledged since the esn is now blacklisted. Your only real option is to file a claim with eBay. Sorry.
