samsung fast charge disconnects reconnect issues while on charging

so last year i bought a samsung fast charger when got galaxy s7 phone verizon

near the end of last month been having problems when i put my phone fast charger if its stays on a good awhile it will do a disconnect and reconnect

also if i leave my phone on charger all night next morning it won't stay on green 100 percent done instead red and blue light on at bottom

i did notice if its on 100 percent for a few seconds it will disconnect and reconnect back meh

i thought it was the usb faster charge wall i replace it with another one it didn't last long

do you guys think its the cable and need to replace it or do i need to get another fast charger stand i'm not sure if port is dirty or not btw

Is it charging faster than a normal (not quick) charge? Does it reach 100%? Then don't worry about it.

But ...

Have you been letting the battery get below 40% before you charge it on a regular basis? In a year, that could destroy the battery. (Lithium batteries are not deep-discharge batteries. The only thing in their favor is that they have the highest power-to-weight ratio, since lithium is the lightest metal at normal temperatures [just to keep chemists from commenting that hydrogen is also a metal].) If you've been doing that, you may need a new battery. And you may have to start charging the new battery when it drops to 40% (or turning the phone off if you can't charge it - or carry a power pack if you can't do either).
