Samsung Fast Charge Wireless Puck - Warm Phone?

Hi everyone,

I've been using the Samsung Fast Charge Wireless Puck to charge my phone every night before bed. When I wake up, I've noticed that the phone is still warm. I would think that once it reaches 100% capacity, it would stop charging and cool down. When I use the USB fast charger that came with the phone, it's not warm at all in the morning.

I think I've read that heat is generally bad for the battery life. Does anyone else have the same issue? Should I only use the Fast Charging puck when I need a quick charge?

Don't sweat it. It's normal

Turn off fast wireless charge if you charge when you go to bed. No need to fast charge if the phone sits on the charger for 7 to 8 hours. Turn off fast charge on the phone, and you can still use the fast charge puck. It just won't fast charge.
