So I haven't kept track of when I was supposed to receive my camera from Samsung, but I just looked and it says it was delivered and left on porch last Thursday. I live with some of my family and they've never seen it either, yet the status shows it was delivered and didn't require a signature. How do I proceed, do I contact Samsung or FedEx? I've never had this happen to me before.

I would start with Fedex as the packages are scanned by the driver when delivered and that scan includes a GPS location. As there was no signature required though, you're probably screwed if it was delivered to your address. I'm just waiting for the day when Fedex and UPS don't even stop the truck, they just throw the sucker in your general direction and call it good.

Sadly there have been cases already of either a FedEx or ups driver just throwing packages. One of the mailman down here from USPS got fired for doing that cause he didn't want to drive up a long driveway in the country.

Ive been home, hear the FedEx truck from the kitchen window, my dogs start to bark because someone is approaching the house. I run to the front door and he was driving away and around the corner already having left a "sorry we missed you" tag on my screen door. I was so mad. I WAS HOME. he didn't even try to attempt to deliver my package. No knock, nothing.

But back to the topic... it was probably stolen from your porch. What's your neighborhood like? is your front door close to the street? Can a package be seen easily from the street? This always used to freak me out. I put big planter pots with a rose bush on my porch the driver can hide packages like phones behind. My current house has a flight of stairs and a long path and a covered garden area you have to go through to get to my front door. The mailman hates me. But this is where I'll probably get the Joe Montana treatment from FedEx/UPS

I used to have a mail lady that threw my packages onto the porch. she didn't last long. when I asked about her I was told she was let go.

Our house is on a coultesac, (Not even sure if I spelt that right, lol) A lot of cars come to turn around. A neighbor down the road had someone come and steal a wreath off their door recently. I wish I'd have prepared ahead of time.

I hate even bringing it up, sorry. I try to get stuff delivered to my work if possible.

Smh. Bet they wouldn't like their stuff thrown around like that. I'm the type that believe in an eye for an eye. I would go find something of hers to throw if I could lol

It's fine. I plan on doing that for all future packages. I wish I'd have thought of that earlier.

They've even had cases in MA where thieves follow UPS/FedEx trucks, then wait 'til they drive off (if they think the package is worth anything), run up the steps and grab it!

Definitely FedEx. Samsung's liability/responsibility ended as soon as FedEx took possession of the package.

Have you followed up with FedEx?
